local_shipping Orders & Delivery

Services are delivered in three ways: gift cards or store credit, giftable subscriptions, and guided account setup. You do not choose freely between all three paths for every service. The product you select determines which activation choices appear at checkout, and checkout only asks for the details needed for that product.

Most orders are fulfilled within 2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours. For orders placed late at night, delivery may take until the following morning. You will receive your credentials by email.

During checkout, you will be asked for a delivery email. This is where we send your service credentials. It does not have to match your Lbara.tn account email.

Yes. After placing an order you will be redirected to a confirmation page showing your order status. Logged-in users can also view all past orders from their account.

First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received anything after 4 hours, please contact our support team with your order reference number.

payments Payment

We accept payments via Flouci and Paymee — Tunisia's leading payment platforms. Both support Tunisian bank cards (CIB, Mastercard, Visa).

Yes. We never store your card details — all payments are processed securely through Flouci or Paymee. Your card information goes directly to the payment gateway.

Yes! You can enter a promo code during checkout. Follow us on social media to stay updated on our latest offers and discounts.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order (e.g. non-working credentials), please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a replacement. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

It depends on the specific product and activation path. Some services work through normal account setup or gifting. Others, especially gift-card or store-credit products, may require region steps or a VPN during redemption. If that applies to the product you ordered, we include the instructions with your delivery email.

No. The accounts we provide are configured to work from Tunisia without a VPN. That is one of the key reasons Lbara.tn exists — to break down these barriers for Tunisian users.

Private accounts are exclusively yours — the login credentials are not shared with anyone else. Shared accounts are used by a small number of people simultaneously and are therefore offered at a lower price.

You can simply place a new order for the same service when your subscription period ends. We do not auto-renew — you are always in control.

As long as your order has not been fulfilled yet, yes — please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and the correct email address.
